We decided to go and spend Easter weekend with my entire family in Idaho at my Grandpa West's house this year. So, we decided to have a little family fun, just the three of us, the weekend before. This was us decorating eggs. The next morning when we tried to have Dillon eat them he promptly replied, "eggs are yuck Mom!"
Easter morning at Great Grandpa West's house. The Easter Bunny brought Dill a ball with glitter inside...which he was not really interested in...but the rest of the family played with it all day long. Dill mostly wanted his Dragon action figures and his candy (and everyone
else's candy...thanks Dawna and Brandon).
I don't know what is going on in this picture with Dill's pits, but the Easter Bunny brought him a new bathing suit for the summer! Can't wait to get out and use it!
Our Easter egg hunt at Grandpa's house. Unfortunately Dillon didn't really understand the concept of only gathering 13 eggs. He rounded up about 25, and then was crushed when we told him he had to share his loot with the others. He cried and cried. Hopefully next year he will be able to understand a little better about counting and sharing. It was really fun though, other than the tears of course.
